Take the doorway to the left of the starting room. Collect the Thunderbolt at the end and turn right. Turn right when you can to collect a Green Armor. As you collect it though, the Wall behind you will close. Kill the 4 Zombies in the six alcoves to open the Wall. Collect the Rockets , Shells , Nails , and 15 Health. Return to the main corridor and jump over the Lava. Collect the two 15 Health in the alcoves to the left as you turn right. Press the Button at the end of the corridor to lower the Elevator at the start.
At the top of the Elevator kill the Ogre. Continue down the corridor to the Silver Door. Go through the doorway to the right. Kill the 2 Zombies on the roof to the left.
Go through the doorway to the right beside the entrance. Kill the Fiend in the corridor and collect the Cells in the first alcove. Cross the corridor and enter the alcove on the right past the Wall that lowers. Kill the 2 Zombies and collect the Pentagram of Protection. Return to the hallway and continue down the corridor to another intersection at the end.
Collect the Cells at the top of the right ramp, then return and go through the left door. Kill the 2 Zombies and collect the Cells beside the Button. Press the Button to turn off and on the lights. Return to the room before the hallway. Collect a 25 Health next to the door to the left. Cross the room, this was the room below the area after the Gold Key , and go through the doorway to the left.
Collect the two 15 Health , then turn around and go through a doorway to the right of the entrance. Go down the corridor while killing a Zombie , and turn right at the end into a large round room. Collect the Nails beside the entrance and a 15 Health besides the Elevator in the middle of the room.
Kill the Ogre and Fiend on the alcove to your left, then go on the Elevator. At the top jump onto one of the alcoves around the room. Collect the 2 Cells , one on each side; also collect the Quad Damage on the left and a 25 Health on the right.
Go through the Teleporter in the middle of the room. Kill the 3 Fiends while collecting the various items around the room; 3 Cells , two 25 Health , Nails , and Rockets. When the 3 Fiends are dead a Shambler will spawn.
Once the Shambler is dead a Wall will lower, revealing an alcove with the Silver Key and a Teleporter which brings you to the middle of the alcove of the circle room. Return to the Silver Door and go through it. Go up the ramp to the right and collect the Cells at the top. Drop through the bars at the corner 4. Return to the bottom of the ramp and cross the room to another ramp. Collect the Rockets at the top. Turn left and follow the corridor to the Arch.
